I'm a family man that has a lot of real estate experience. When not working, I prefer to be enjoying time with my wife and daughter. Over the years I have been a real estate appraiser, investor and Realtor. I have experience with acreage, foreclosures, short sales, structuring higher level agreements like lease-purchase contracts and have tons of new construction knowledge. What I like to do is ask questions, listen to answers and then communicate the best way for my clients to accomplish their goals, whatever they might be. Sometimes, not buying or selling is best for them.
